Refund Policy

Overview

Hotel Lobby AI Video is based in Singapore. This Refund Policy explains when we refund money or restore credits. Packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no auto-renew. Unused credits are refundable within 7 days.

Unused credits

If you request a refund within 7 days and the purchased credits have not been consumed, we refund the original payment method and remove the unused credits from the account.

Consumed credits

Credits already used to run a generation are not refundable in cash.

Failed generations

If a clip fails, we restore the full amount charged for that clip. That restoration is not a cash refund.

Subscriptions

There is no subscription. Buying a pack does not start a renewal.

Disputes and chargebacks

Write to support@hotel-lobby-ai-video.com. For a billing question, keep the account email and the order or transaction id. Opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before that review is finished may pause the account while the dispute is open.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision.
